Release Details

Task Management

Improvements have been implemented in the Task Management module, which now includes:

  • Inline task editing from the main board, enhancing the user experience by allowing quick and direct updates.
  • Edit-mode security, enabling role-based permissions to control which fields are editable based on the task status
  • Advanced filters for pending tasks, including:
    • Start date selection: Choose from specific dates or define a custom date range.
    • “Date until” filter: Allows filtering tasks within a range up to a selected date.
  • Configuration persistence in tables: Column order, pagination, and sorting criteria are retained across sessions
These updates streamline daily task management and provide greater customization for activity tracking.

Work Order Management

Work Order Status Export:

It is now possible to export the status of work orders directly from the detailed Gantt chart, including:

  • Identifier
  • Description
  • Type
  • Status
  • Planned dates (start/end)
  • Actual dates (start/end)
  • Elapsed days
  • Priority

This functionality enhances transparency in client communication, delivers standardized information for better tracking, and improves progress reporting by centralizing key data in a clear, structured format.

Frequent Queries

Frequent queries from both the widget and the work order listings have been optimized, offering a more intuitive interface and the ability to customize column titles based on user preferences.

These improvements streamline access to critical information, adapt to each user’s specific workflows, and enhance efficiency in daily management.

Associated Document Management

Modules have been implemented to enhance the management of documents linked to system objects:

  • Document Types, for standardized classification
  • Process Documentation, for managing required document types by event

This ensures that, during events associated with objects, all mandatory documents are properly registered according to the configured process requirements.

Checklist Management

The checklist module has been updated with a more intuitive and functional design, making daily use easier. The new element layout and clearer visual presentation enable faster navigation, reducing operation times and minimizing errors during use.

These improvements optimize workflows, making the process more efficient for users.

Plant Management

An improved graphical view has been implemented to display the work order flow in greater detail during configuration. This new diagram clearly illustrates each stage of the process.

The enhanced visual representation improves understanding and streamlines workflow setup, while also reducing errors in process assignment ultimately boosting operational efficiency.

Technical Document Management

An enhancement has been implemented in the listing of technical documents associated with work orders through the addition of an “Applicability” column. This feature allows users to more accurately identify which documents apply to each work order based on specific criteria such as equipment model, component, work area and prefixes of scheduled task.

This results in more efficient document management, reduces errors in document assignment, and streamlines workflow by eliminating the need to review non-applicable documentation.

Generic Logs

Additionally, a new column has been added to the generic logs to identify the operator responsible for each change.

This enhancement applies to the following instances:

  • Checklist instance
  • Activities
  • Quotations
  • Spare Parts Listing
