Pending Components Panel

Now, the Unscheduled Component Management module is available, which will allow a quick access to the list of:

  1. Components without an associated SO
  2. Notices without a component
  3. SO without components
  4. SO without work requests
  5. SO with potential warranty
  6. SO with rejected warranty validation
  7. SO pending scheduling

Besides, a significant improvement has been implemented in the process flow for managing notices and work orders. The inclusion of the status “Z-Return to customer without repair” enhances traceability and reduces management time. Some key points include the following: 

  • Start return management from component reception: it is now possible to manage the return of unrepaired components right from the moment they are received.
  • Return from the work orders dashboard: it enables returns to be processed directly from the work orders dashboard, eliminating the need for extra steps, thus making the process more efficient.

This functionality improves operational efficiency, provides full traceability of the return process and enables a faster management of components, notices and work orders, reducing idle time and reinforcing control over non-repair actions.

Calibrated Tool Control

A Controlled Assets Management module (creation and editing) has been implemented, including an integrated visualization dashboard.

This initiates the implementation of automated validations and an alert system for tools withdrawals, which notify about: 

  • Tools not associated with controlled assets.
  • Tools with pending maintenance tasks.
  • Tools without an assigned maintenance plan 

In addition, the following features have been added:

  • Recording of the tool status at the time of return, displayed in the usage history.
  • Direct creation of maintenance requests from the assets dashboard.

This solution streamlines inventory control and ensures adherence to maintenance protocols.

Checklist Management

New advanced functionalities have been incorporated for more dynamic management:

  • Change history: it enables undoing/redoing modifications during creation/editing (with a limit of 10 versions stored). 
  • Visual customization: ability to assign different backgrounds or colors to specific checklist instances. 
  • Attribute control: flexible activation/deactivation of attributes based on operational needs. 

These enhancements increase versatility in the setting and visual control of processes.

Notification Management 

A centralized log has been implemented to track email notifications, which enables: 

  • to consult the sending history in detail 
  • to resend notifications when required

This solution optimizes control and traceability of notifications, ensuring accurate and editable communication.

Work Order Management

Key improvements have been introduced to optimize management and visualization: 

  • Integrated frequent queries: quick access to frequent searches in the WO management filter, with customizable options for the user. 
  • Flexible reordering: possibility to customize the order of areas on the WO dashboard based on user preferences.

These functionalities accelerate access to critical information and tailor the interface to specific workflows.
