  • Management Indicators on Card: Incorporation of informative buttons that reflect the count of documents, checklists, containers, and activities linked to each task.
  • Man-Hour Monitoring: Inclusion of two status fields for tracking theoretical hours versus executed hours, allowing for the identification of deviations in execution time.
  • Access to Document Details: Enabling a detailed view for the documents module directly from the card’s chip, allowing for quick file consultation.

Spare Parts Management

Implementation of an audit log to track modifications within the module.

  • Activity Log: Display of a detailed history of changes made to each item in the list, providing the ability to view a comparative report that includes the previous value, new value, user, and date of modification.
  • Editing Control: Direct supervision of updated fields to ensure data integrity.

Management Checklist

Optimization of visibility and traceability of control instances from the management dashboard.

  • Kanban Indicators: Incorporation of informative buttons on the checklist card to visualize the count and provide direct access to attached documents.
  • Task Status Filtering: Implementation of an advanced filter in the Service Order Kanban that allows for segmenting checklists according to the current status of the associated task.

Management from Notifications

Optimization in the creation of activities derived from system notifications to improve operational planning.

  • Activity Parameters: Ability to assign required date, criticality level, and impact directly from the notification interface.

This improvement drives the standardization of priority and response times when generating activities, ensuring consistency in the workflow.

User Management

An advanced filter panel has been incorporated into the user list, allowing information to be segmented by plant and assigned roles. This improvement includes the ability to filter records based on their operational status, enabling the specific visualization of active or inactive users to streamline data location within the system.

Unscheduled Components Management

A new functionality has been implemented for the management of unscheduled components, allowing components to be associated directly with Notifications or Service Orders.

This action is performed from the specific lists for «Notifications without components» and «WO without components,» optimizing asset linking and simplifying the operational workflow by eliminating intermediate steps in the assignment process.

Management Dashboard

Optimization of indicator configuration and visualization based on the user profile.

  • Default Configuration: Implementation of initial dashboards by system profile, allowing the user to have a base view that is modifiable from their first access.
  • Profile Selector: Users with multiple assigned profiles can now switch between different management dashboards using an integrated selector in the main view.

This improvement increases the adaptability of the workspace according to the operational needs of each role within the organization.
