Notification Management

New capabilities and customization tools have been implemented to offer total control over system alerts.

Control Elements: It is now possible to establish automatic conditions for sending notifications based on inactivity, expiration, time in status/stage, or items nearing completion. Parameters have been added to configure repetition intervals, filtering criteria, and precise recipient selection.

Notification Generation from Objects: A shortcut panel has been integrated into the list of work orders and tasks that allows for sending direct notifications, enabling the instant attachment of types and templates, with options to require read confirmation.

Improvement in Detail and Interaction: The notification detail view has been revamped, optimizing the visualization of information. Additionally, the ability to reply directly to notifications has been implemented, allowing for two-way communication regarding the received alert.

General Notification List: The notification list has been improved to display both received and sent messages in an organized manner, also allowing the visualization of the read confirmation status for each notification.

Checklist Notification: Functionality has been added to configure automatic notifications within checklist items, triggering the alert upon completing a specific item or when saving the general instance.

Control Instance Editing: Now, from the task or work order dashboard, it is possible to intervene in active control instances, with options to postpone notifications or manually update them to a read or accepted status.

Management Dashboard

A new functionality has been developed that allows users to create specific dashboards for each profile, optimizing access to key information.

Creation of Dashboards by Profile: Now each user can generate personalized dashboards within the profiles they choose, ensuring the visualization of information relevant to their management. Within this new functionality, it is possible to configure various widgets, allowing users to organize their workspace more agilely and effectively according to their operational needs.

Task Closure Warning in Task Management

An improvement has been implemented in task management that alerts about pending actions, ensuring that no task is finalized incompletely.

Implementation of Warnings for Pending Items: The system now automatically issues a warning notification if an attempt is made to close a task that still has actions to complete, providing a clear breakdown of all pending elements. This improves the visibility of missing requirements within the task, guaranteeing that the user is fully aware of the conditions necessary for a successful closure.

Automatic Task Closure via Checklists

A new functionality has been integrated that links the completion of a task to the approval of a checklist.

Linking Closure Statuses: Now, when associating a checklist with a task, it is possible to establish whether the approval of the instance should automatically finalize the associated task, allowing the task to advance to the next phase without the need for manual intervention once requirements are met.

Decision Tasks Module and New Scheduling

An advanced decision engine has been implemented in workflows, along with an independent scheduling interface to optimize the operational path of work orders.

Implementation of Decision Segments: It is now possible to transform simple segments into decision nodes within the PERT Chart. These segments allow the workflow to branch into multiple output paths based on technical or management criteria.

Manual and Automatic Decision Modes: Two resolution logics have been added. Manual Decision allows the user to choose the exit path upon completing a task, while Automatic Decision uses Work Order attributes to validate and offer only the path that meets preconfigured conditions.

New Independent Scheduling Screen: The work order scheduling process has been redesigned, moving it to a dedicated screen that improves usability and allows for cleaner management before activities begin.

Main Path Management: Within the new scheduling, the “Main Path” functionality has been incorporated. This allows for a preferred route to be pre-established in the process; the system will automatically enable these tasks and keep alternative routes in a “Pending” status until a final decision is made.

Automatic Cancellation of Alternative Routes: The PERT Chart logic has been improved so that, once an exit path is selected in a decision task, the system automatically cancels the paths not taken, ensuring the integrity and cleanliness of the workflow.

Container Management Improvement

Data visualization on the container dashboard has been optimized, integrating precise details regarding the physical location of the units.

Implementation of Complementary Location Information: The container dashboard now displays detailed positioning data, including Location, Description, Section, Row, Column, Height, and Depth. This improves visibility for both the current and destination locations, providing the user with a complete and exact reference for logistics and storage maneuvers.

Controlled Asset Information Dashboard

A new public access functionality via QR codes has been implemented, allowing for the immediate consultation of asset information without requiring a login.

Access via QR Scanning: Now, any user can view the details and current status of a controlled asset simply by scanning its QR code from a mobile device, eliminating the need to directly enter the QP Suite platform. This external dashboard provides an agile and effective consultation of the technical specifications and operational status of the asset, optimizing field inspection times.
