Activity Management
Now, when scheduling through template assignment, it is possible to precisely define the responsible parties and the required dates for the default activities associated with each type of repair.
This improvement not only optimizes task planning but also enables more effective compliance monitoring, ensuring greater control over committed timelines and a more organized and efficient management of the entire repair cycle.
Spare Parts List Management
Spare parts management has been optimized with two key improvements:
- XML Format Import: This allows for the loading of complete lists directly from XML files, reducing manual entry time and errors while accelerating the registration process.
- Spare Parts List Status Update: It is now possible to update the status of lists associated with work orders or tasks (from Entered to Pending Receipt) without the need to manually load them from the audit module.
These updates make spare parts list management even more agile, reliable, and adaptable—improving traceability and reducing lead times in complex workshop processes.
Milestone Management
Regarding progress control, the milestone management module incorporates new functionalities that strengthen activity planning and monitoring:
Flexible Date Definition: It is now possible to establish both fixed target dates and relative dates (dependent on the completion of other milestones), enabling more dynamic planning.
- Enhanced Visualization: In this new version, milestones are presented with greater clarity, displaying their status as pending, completed, or completed with delays. This facilitates easier analysis and more informed decision-making.
Centralized List Management: This improvement focuses on concentrating all milestones of a work order so they can be viewed in a single panel, with the option to directly modify target or relative dates for milestones that have not yet been met.
Direct Dashboard Access: From the milestone list, it is now possible to navigate quickly to the associated task dashboard, optimizing traceability and workflow.
With these improvements, milestone management becomes even more agile, precise, and controlled, ensuring better tracking and compliance within every work order.
Warranty Management
The warranty management module has been optimized to offer a clearer and more consistent experience throughout the entire workflow.
Now, from the work order dashboard details, it is possible to view the corresponding warranty type at each stage at any time: Possible Warranty, Warranty Validation, and Warranty Resolution.
Additionally, the validation workflow has been improved, allowing the form to be completed directly on the same screen and keeping it available for subsequent consultation within the work order’s validation area.
Similarly, warranty resolution is now managed directly from the dashboard in a dedicated section that provides greater visual consistency and facilitates even more intuitive navigation.
With these improvements, the warranty management process is more integrated and agile, further aligning with the overall user experience of the system.
Container Management
The container module has also been improved. It is now possible to manually create new types of containers for stock, which increases flexibility in parts administration.
These containers can be generated either from the list view or directly from a task, automatically assigning the associated work center.
In this way, management is significantly streamlined, and more precise traceability is ensured in the use of containers throughout the entire operational flow.
