Release Details

Activity Management

Several improvements have been made to the activity management module to optimize its functionality and usability. The updates include:

  • New list view in Kanban:
    The activity Kanban for work orders and tasks now features a list view.
  • Date editing:
    In the new Kanban list view, users can now modify start and end dates, allowing for faster and easier date adjustments.
  • Activity categories CRUD:
    A CRUD functionality has been implemented for creating, editing, and deleting activity categories, improving organizational efficiency.
  • Activity categories:
    It is now possible to associate categories with activities, improving their organization and classification.
  • Grouping in Kanban:
    In the activity Kanban, activities can now be grouped by category, activity type, or status, providing greater flexibility in visualization and management.
  • New configuration tab:
    A new tab has been introduced in “User/Role Management” for setting activity categories, simplifying their management and assignment based on defined roles.
  • These improvements reinforce the organization and efficient management of activities, providing users with more control and flexibility.

    Customized Attributes in Quotations

    The functionality to create customized attributes in quotations has been implemented, enhancing the product’s customization options and adaptability to each customer’s specific needs. 

    • Customized forms: the new attributes enable the design of customized forms that can be completed directly in each quotation, incorporating additional and relevant data.
    • Filtering criteria: these attributes can be used as filters in the request list, offering greater flexibility and accuracy in quotation management.
Component Management

Multiple improvements have been introduced in the component management module to offer greater control and traceability. Key updates include:

  • Manual hour meter adjustment:
    It is now possible to manually update the hour meters of equipment and components, ensuring more precise recorded data management.
  • Movement details:
    It is now possible to view movements related to the installation and removal of components in detail, improving the tracking of their history.
  • Component tracking:
    A full history of actions performed on each component has been enabled, covering:

     

    • Initial registration when creating a component.
    • Installation in and removal from equipment.
    • Transfers between sites.
    • Movements between warehouses.
    • Incorporation into waybills (preparation and dispatch).
    • Reception at the site.
    • Scheduling and completion of work orders.
    • Upload of waybills.

These enhancements strengthen the traceability and operational control of components, offering users a more powerful and reliable tool for their management.

Improvements in the Quotation Module

We have optimized quotation management with new functionalities that improve user experience and expand the product’s capabilities: 

  • Bulk release: it is now possible to release multiple quotations in a pending status, streamlining the process.
  • Price format: price fields are now presented in the standard format ###,###,###.##, improving their readability.
  • Quotations for different plants: from this version onward, the product will allow requests and associations of quotations with tasks from other plants. This association will be possible as long as the plants have a registered customer/supplier relationship.

 

New Status in the Quotation Flow

Additional statuses have been added to more accurately reflect the progress and status of quotations:

  • PEDAU – Pending Authorized Dispatch: it indicates that the request is ready to be dispatched with prior authorization.
  • PERAU – Pending Authorized Reception: it indicates that the request has been approved and is pending reception by the supplier.
  • PENCL – Pending Dispatch to the Customer: it indicates that the request has been quoted and is pending dispatch by the supplier.
  • PERCL – Pending Reception Customer: it indicates that the request has been quoted and is pending reception by the client.
Customized Rates by Client

The functionality to set specific rates for each client has been added, including:

  • Customized quotation rates: requested in the status (Pending Quotation) when quoting.
  • Independent pricing: labor and geometry jobs can now be priced independently, based on the client’s requirements.

These improvements provide more efficient, customized, and transparent quotation flow management.

Notification Management

We have upgraded the notification functionality with new features that improve its setting and customization:

  • New notifications: it is now possible to create notifications for specific events related to objects such as spare parts lists and quotations, expanding the product’s capabilities in alert management. These events include:
    • Spare parts list:
      • Creation
      • Deletion
      • Update in “Draft” status
      • Update in “Evaluator” status
      • Update in “Supervisor” status
      • Status change to “Draft”
      • Status change to “Evaluator”
      • Status change to “Supervisor”
      • Status change to “Approved”
      • Status change to “Recorded”
    • Quotations:
      • Requote
  • Customized filters: the ability to apply filters to notifications has been introduced, allowing users to choose from predefined or customized attributes, offering more precise alerts.
  • Attribute selection in email settings: the email setting now allows users to select attributes directly from a dropdown menu, making it easier to include relevant information in the messages.

These enhancements offer users increased flexibility and efficiency in notification management, ensuring that communications are precise and customized to their needs.

Frequent Queries Module

A new module has been introduced, aimed at making data search and analysis easier through predefined queries. This module enables users to conduct quick searches with optimized queries, delivering key information in an efficient way.

Available queries

Service Orders (SO):

  • List of inconsistent SO.
  • SO with no movement in the last 7, 15, and 30 days.
  • List of SO by status.
  • List of SO by stage.
  • SO not included in the schedule.

Tasks:

  • List of tasks without ETA confirmation.

Quotations:

  • List of received quotations without related work orders.

This module greatly improves data analysis and management, enabling users to swiftly pinpoint critical areas and make well-informed decisions.

Multimedia Management

The multimedia management module has been significantly enhanced, improving the user experience for uploading, viewing, and downloading files.

  • Background upload:
    It is now possible to upload files while navigating through the product, allowing for greater efficiency and multitasking capabilities.
  • Thumbnail previews for attached photos:
    Attached photos are shown as thumbnails, enhancing navigation and viewing speed within the gallery.
  • Individual or bulk download:
    Photos can be downloaded either individually or by selecting a specific set, providing more flexible file management.
  • Camera selection:
    Users can choose between using the device’s native camera (which offers higher resolution and more management capabilities) or, alternatively, the camera provided by the QPSuite product, which is simpler to operate.

These improvements ensure a smoother, more efficient multimedia experience, adaptable to the users’ needs.

Checklist – Help Management

The help management functionality has been added to the Checklists, enhancing the user experience when completing them.

  • Simple help:
    It allows users to quickly view information, making it easier to understand the items in the checklist.

These improvements ensure more comprehensive and efficient support, optimizing the execution of the tasks.

Stage Setting – ETA Changes

An option has been added to set whether a stage requires an ETA request. Now, when a user tries to activate a stage with this setting, the system will prompt them to input the ETA before moving forward.

Logbook Management

The logbook entry now includes the display of the operator associated with the user. If no operator is linked, the system will prompt for this information before completing the entry.

News Management

A new news module has been implemented, allowing users to view logbooks and activities across the entire product without needing to access the specific object (work orders, tasks, containers, equipment, component serial numbers, and quotations) where they were generated. This module provides the ability to view full details and delete records when necessary.

Spare Parts List Audits

The audit module for spare parts management has been created, allowing the import of spare parts lists and the entire reception cycle. The process is managed in three stages: 

  • Pending reception.
  • Partial reception.
  • Received.
User Management

Users can now be created with codes of up to 40 characters, offering increased flexibility.
