We have introduced the functionality to create customized attributes for work orders, which expands customization options and enhances the system’s adaptability to each client’s specific requirements. These new attributes enable the creation of customized forms that can be filled out directly within each work order, providing additional relevant data for each case. Additionally, they can be used as filtering criteria in the work order (WO) list, providing a more precise and flexible user experience.
It is now possible to add SMSC codes to segments independently, allowing these codes to be assigned at the segment level without needing to link them directly to specific tasks. This improvement in template management enables more detailed and flexible settings, optimizing control and customization of workflows according to the needs of each process.
A new functionality has been introduced to create relationships between preceding work orders and a specific work order. This enhancement makes it easier to track dependencies between work orders and provides a clear view of their relationships, optimizing both traceability and task coordination in complex processes.
The use of operator codes has been replaced with the operator’s full name in several product functionalities, improving the clarity and understanding of information for users. This update has been implemented in the following features:
The functionality to “reverse work order scheduling” has been introduced, allowing the reversal of scheduled orders when tasks have not started and do not have associated elements such as checklists, documents, activities, spare parts lists, or logbooks. This enhancement provides users with greater flexibility, enabling them to specifically reverse scheduled work orders quickly without compromising data integrity.
A new capability has been introduced to update key work order attributes, such as the component serial number and equipment serial number, directly from the checklists created for a task. This enhancement aims to streamline the workflow by synchronizing critical data in real-time , promoting more efficient and accurate management of the technical details associated with each task.
Work order (WO) records now include a full display of status transitions, enabling users to clearly view the status, stage, and substage columns in detail in one unified view. This improvement makes it easier to track changes and transitions in the workflow of each order.
New functionalities have been incorporated for ETA management, providing greater control and visibility for both the customer and the supplier:
