Audit columns in checklist

Additional columns have been added to the CheckList functionality, providing more detailed access to service order information. Users can now also customize their view by choosing which columns to show or hide based on their preferences.

The newly added columns include: Repair Type, Customer, Notice Number, SO Number, Model, Equipment Serial Number, Component, Component Serial Number, Work Area, SO Status, Stage, Substage, and Operator.

Photo Printing in CheckList

Before printing a CheckList, users now can select one or more photos from the attached image list. These chosen images will be included in the generated PDF, each displayed on a separate page to maintain a clear and structured layout. This improvement enhances both customization and documentation accuracy.

Improvements in the Supervisor Panel

The supervisor panel has been improved to offer better visibility of an incidence associated with the monitored resources. Additionally, the ability to manage the technicians under supervision directly from the panel has been added, enabling the flexible assignment or removal of technicians according to real-time operational requirements.

Creation of Milestones in Service Orders (SO)

Milestones can now be linked to segments and tasks within templates or work orders. These milestones allow for precise tracking of the start and end actions for each segment and task, providing details like the date, time, and the user responsible for each action. This new functionality enhances the ability to track the progress of work orders, improving traceability and operational control.

Component Dispatch

Component dispatch management has been integrated into the plants, introducing a new status in the work order flow called “Pending Dispatch.” This status is reached once the order is completed, offering the option to store the component in a specific warehouse with a defined location. This improvement optimizes control and logistics, ensuring more efficient resource management.

Improvements in Component Reception

Plants that manage components can now select the type of reception they handle, whether it is for parts, equipment, or components.

The reception form has been improved to accommodate this process, enabling the selection of the correct reception type based on the managed components. Moreover, an option to skip the component evaluation when not necessary has been introduced, making the process faster.

The fields for component and equipment serial numbers have also been modified to display only the data relevant to the components and equipment currently in the plant.

Quotation Management

Quotation management has been improved, providing a clearer and more functional interface, customized for both suppliers and customers according to the quotation status.

Additionally, a new CRUD system has been introduced for task management, enabling the creation, modification, and deletion of tasks that can later be executed. This allows users to select the required tasks directly when creating a quotation, streamlining the decision-making process and enhancing overall efficiency in both the quotation and execution phases.

Editable Fields in SO

A security management system has been introduced for editing work orders, enabling the determination of editable fields based on the user’s role and the work order status. This functionality enhances control and flexibility in work order management, ensuring that only authorized users can make modifications in specific status.

Application of Security on Main Buttons

Specific security settings can now be applied to the main options in the work order dashboards, containers, internal tasks, and customer and supplier external tasks. This ensures that only authorized users with the appropriate permissions can interact with these options, improving the system’s security and control.

Task Suspension and Reactivation

The feature to suspend and reactivate tasks within the workflow has been introduced. This improvement allows users to pause tasks in progress and restart them as needed, offering more flexibility in task management.

List of External Tasks

The pending task list has been upgraded to show the number of quotations and work orders linked to each task. Furthermore, a filter has been added, allowing users to decide whether to include or exclude this information from the list, simplifying the identification of tasks with no associated quotations or orders, and enhancing management for their closure or cancellation.

Customization of Filters in the SO List

A new functionality has been introduced to the Service Order (SO) filters, enabling users to tailor the filters to their specific requirements, enhancing the efficiency of searching and managing service orders.
