Release 7.6.0

Release Details

Customer and Supplier Management:

Filtering by customer/supplier type: You can now easily filter between internal and external customers, as well as internal and external suppliers. This enhancement improves data management efficiency and the segmentation of relevant information.

Exclusive creation of external customers/suppliers: To maintain data integrity and consistency, a restriction has been implemented that allows only the creation of external customers and suppliers.

Plant Management:

Unified code and description: Internal customers and suppliers are now generated directly from the plant management module, using the same code and description. This improvement ensures consistent identification and simplifies the administration of internal relationships within the system.

Multimedia Management:

Zoom functionality for attached images: You can now apply zoom to attached images within the multimedia management module. This enhancement enables detailed image viewing, making it easier to inspect and analyze visual content.

External Task Management:

External task board (supplier view): Suppliers can now access a list and a board displaying the client’s external tasks.

  • Available information includes:
    • Target dates for tasks
    • Dates of internal work orders
    • Associated work orders
    • General task information
    • Documents
    • Logbooks
    • Quotations
  • Date modification: Suppliers are now able to modify the target dates of tasks and reschedule the dates of associated work orders in bulk.

ETA update history: from the external task board, both suppliers and clients can view a log of all date updates, providing greater transparency and detailed tracking of changes.

Starting multiple external tasks: it is now possible to start multiple external tasks simultaneously, optimizing time and improving task management efficiency.

Scheduler Management

Scheduler logs:

  • Filtering by Error/Warning: you can now filter scheduler logs to display only errors or warnings, making it easier to identify and prioritize critical issues.
  • Solution lookup: a new feature has been added that allows users to view detailed information about errors generated during scheduling, helping to facilitate their resolution.
Template Management:
  • Definition of Alternative Resources: It is now possible to associate additional resources directly from the task definition in templates. This improvement provides greater flexibility and optimization in resource allocation from the start of task scheduling.
  • Dedicated Area for Equipment and Component Model: A dedicated area has been added to specify the equipment and component model in the definition of segments and tasks, providing greater clarity on the use of this information.
Work Order Management:
  • Related Orders by Serial Number: It is now possible to view related work orders by the equipment or component serial number. Through the work order information panel, you can access the complete history of service orders (SO) associated with a specific equipment or component serial number, enhancing traceability and tracking of maintenance and repairs.
  • Detailed Gantt Chart: A detailed Gantt chart has now been added to the service order dashboard, allowing users to view more information about external tasks. This includes the ability to see statuses, descriptions, priorities, and estimated start and end dates of the service orders associated with these tasks.
ETA Rescheduling:
  • Rescheduling Reason: When rescheduling a service order (SO) or a task, it is now possible to specify a particular reason for the change.
  • Observations: A field has been added to include detailed observations about the rescheduling, providing additional context and facilitating the documentation and understanding of the reasons behind the schedule adjustments.
Item Management:

It is now possible to create items such as materials, spare parts, and supplies directly from the spare parts management. This improvement streamlines the inventory process and resource management, allowing for more efficient and centralized management.

Shift Management:

It is now possible to configure an automatic process in the system that periodically checks and automatically closes shifts that exceed a configured time limit. This feature enhances system stability by ensuring that shifts do not remain open indefinitely, optimizing operational management and ensuring a smoother and more controlled operation.

Quotation Management:

Mass Quotation Release: It is now possible to release received quotations in bulk that are in the “quoted order” status, improving efficiency in quotation management.

Improvements in Quotation View: The quotation view has been enhanced to include the possibility of attaching detailed information such as repairs, parts, geometry-related work, materials, and supplies, providing a complete view of the involved elements.

Costs and Warnings:

  • Cost Visualization: It is now possible to view the costs of the new part and the percentage of the repair cost based on this.
  • Limit Warning: A warning has been added if the total quotation exceeds 70% of the cost of a new part, improving transparency and control over the involved costs.

Component Shipping: The possibility of establishing whether the quotations include component shipping has been added, introducing new statuses for the supplier such as “Pending Reception” and “Pending Evaluation.”

Quotation Tracking: It is now possible to track quotations in detail, observing status changes and enabling quick actions depending on the plant location, optimizing management and decision-making.

External Customer Quotations: It will now be possible to generate quotations for external customers, allowing them to be managed following the normal quotation flow in the system.

Equipment/Component Model Management:

It is now possible to create relationships between equipment models and components, establishing an average repair time for each set. This allows the system to automatically suggest the required date when creating work orders with the same equipment and component models, based on the average repair time in days. This improvement enhances operational efficiency and maintenance management.

Column Customization:

The functionality has been enhanced to allow users to view more information or hide columns as needed, including:

  • Permanent Columns: Columns that are always visible and cannot be hidden.
  • Default Columns: Columns that are initially displayed and can be hidden if desired.
  • Additional Columns: Other columns that can be added based on the user’s specific needs.

This improvement provides a more personalized and efficient experience, allowing users to tailor service order and task listings according to their individual preferences and requirements.
