Technical Documentation

This enhancement enables management and association of technical documentation when scheduling work orders matching specific equipment and component models. These documents are now visible within tasks by work area, facilitating access to relevant information during task execution.

Additionally, the system can now restrict stage transitions based on predefined configurations, requiring technical documentation approval before advancing the work order to its next stage. This ensures all necessary requirements are met before process progression.

Shift Management

This update delivers advanced capabilities for work shift management, including:

  • Detailed shift visualization for comprehensive analysis of associated data

  • Precision shift closure with specific end dates for accurate duration control

  • Automatic cleanup of shifts without initiated progress to maintain database integrity

  • NAXT integration ensuring seamless system communication and efficient data management

  • Detailed integration logging for simplified troubleshooting and discrepancy resolution

WO Management
  • Template Tree: The Pert chart (Bubbles) now features enhanced navigation with an accompanying tree structure. This improvement enables easier movement between segments, allowing users to efficiently explore and visualize tasks associated with each segment through clear hierarchical organization and intuitive navigation.
  • WO Tracking: A detailed log of stage/substage changes in work orders has been added. This provides precise progress tracking, identifying when orders advance or undergo significant process changes, increasing workflow transparency and control.
  • Equipment/Component Quantity: Work order scheduling now automatically considers the quantity of equipment/components requiring repair. The system proportionally adjusts assigned task hours based on the number of elements involved, optimizing operational planning by accurately reflecting the effort required to complete tasks according to work scale.
Supervisor Panel

Key improvements have been implemented:

  • Task Summary: A visual overview displays key metrics about active tasks, including:
    • Tasks in progress
    • Delayed tasks
    • Released tasks

This provides supervisors with real-time operational performance visibility.

  • Managed Operator Shift Control: Supervisors can now directly manage shifts for operators under their supervision through the panel, enabling:

    • More efficient personnel coordination
    • Optimized resource allocation
  • Detailed Visualization: In addition to the summary, intuitive graphical displays offer:

Template Management

The template management system has been significantly enhanced with the integration of task Kanban visualization within templates. This improvement provides users with detailed visual workflow representation for each template, facilitating activity planning and coordination.

Data Export

This update enables export of work orders, tasks, and progress within specific date ranges – for either individual plants or plant groups. The enhanced flexibility supports improved data management, analysis, and time-based reporting for informed decision making.

Task Dashboard

The hours panel display has been enhanced within the task dashboard, delivering a more intuitive experience. Users now benefit from a clearer, more organized view that improves efficiency when accessing and managing work hour information.

Spare Parts Management

Functionality has been added to configure and edit rotation parameters, usage restrictions, and special allocation rules for parts. This enhancement provides more comprehensive information about generated spare parts lists, significantly improving spare parts management through more detailed and controlled resource visibility.

Organizational Levels

This update introduces the initial capability to create organizational levels, enabling users to begin formally defining the company structure. This functionality will provide consolidated visibility across different organizational tiers, facilitating structural understanding and human resource management.
