Release 7.4.0

Release Details

Warranty Management

Warranty management functionality has been implemented for service orders. This includes warranty validation capability, enabling work orders to progress through predefined statuses after completing a specific warranty checklist. These statuses include:

  • L – TO SCHEDULE
  • N – CANCELLED
  • R – Warranty rejected

If the order transitions to “L – TO SCHEDULE” status, the warranty resolution can be recorded.

For rejected warranties, resolution execution is now enabled directly from the work order, allowing transition to these statuses:

  • L – TO SCHEDULE
  • N – CANCELLED
  • X – Customer return

This new functionality provides complete control over the warranty process, improving efficiency and responsiveness for part-related issues.

Warehouse Consumption

We’ve implemented a query function enabling effective monitoring and analysis of storeroom consumption. This tool allows searches using multiple parameters, delivering specific, detailed information tailored to your needs.

Supplier ETA Change Notification

Functionality has been implemented to automate email notifications based on:

  • Client type for service orders
  • Operation class for tasks

The system now automatically sends email notifications when:

  • Recording an ETA
  • Modifying an ETA
  • Closing a task

This ensures proactive and timely customer communication.

Resource Dashboards

The plant resource structure now enables dashboard visualization for Sections, Work Centers, and Machines. This enhancement provides detailed information including:

  1. General Information: Overview of available resources in each area
  2. Pending Tasks: View scheduled but incomplete tasks
  3. Tasks in Progress: Monitor currently active tasks
  4. Task Gantt: Graphical representation of task scheduling
  5. Calendar: Machine task calendar view
  6. Incidents: Access resource-affecting incident information
  7. Factory Layout: Physical resource arrangement visualization

This improved functionality enhances plant resource management and oversight.

SO Priority Recalculation

We’ve introduced key functionality for efficient, precise recalculation of scheduled service order priorities. This tool enables bulk priority recalculation by multiple criteria:

  1. Equipment Model
  2. Component
  3. Client
  4. FIFO (First In, First Out): Recalculates all SO priorities favoring oldest orders

Delivering enhanced control over resource allocation and time management for more agile operations.

Transfer Time Management

Functionality has been added to efficiently manage part transfer times between different work centers. This improvement facilitates better process control and optimization.

Checklist Management

New functionalities have been implemented in the checklist module to enhance efficiency and usability:

  • Checklist Editing Improvement: A designated button now enables checklist editing, marking it as “Checklist in Use”. While other technicians can view the checklist, they receive notification that it’s being edited by another user since a specific date. This feature improves coordination and prevents editing conflicts.
  • Checklist History View: A detailed log of all checklist modifications is now available, showing:

    • Who made changes
    • Type of modification
    • Timestamp
    • Visual representation of changes
  • Object Data Update from Checklist: Checklist elements (text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, etc.) can now be configured to automatically update associated object data (Service Orders or Tasks) upon approval. This direct integration ensures information accuracy and consistency.
Time Tracking

Time tracking functionality has been implemented to provide precise control over staff activities in the plant. This feature offers detailed visibility of operator shift activities, including:

  1. Shift Start: Records when the operator begins their work shift
  2. Task Progress: Tracks progress on assigned tasks during the shift
  3. Incidents: Reports any issues occurring during the shift
  4. Absences: Documents operator absences during the work shift
  5. Shift End: Records when the operator completes their work shift

Tolerance Configuration: The system enables specific tolerance settings for operators:

  • Early Arrival: Permitted time before shift start
  • Late Arrival: Maximum tolerated delay at shift start
  • Early Departure: Permitted time before shift end
  • Late Departure: Maximum tolerated delay at shift end
  • Between Intervals: Maximum allowed time between recordings during shift

These tolerance settings enforce stricter shift management, requiring operators to document all shift activities. The detailed data enables more accurate productivity measurement for individuals or operator groups.

This tracking method is parameter-configurable. Distributors previously recording times without this detail level can continue their existing time recording methods.
