Checklist
  • The Service Order (SO) checklist Kanban now comprehensively displays both SO-specific checklists and those generated for any associated tasks.
  • A restriction has been implemented to prevent duplicate checklist creation within tasks/SOs, strengthening system integrity.
  • New functionality enables checklist disapproval, allowing reversion to previous states.
  • The checklist completion screen now features auto-save to prevent data loss.
Interplant Quotation
  • The functionality to view status change history for quotations has been enabled, allowing detailed and transparent tracking of actions.
  • Additionally, a direct access option to the task dashboard from the customer view has been implemented.
Decision Containers
  • Stored decision-type containers can now be quickly converted to direct-action containers, enabling more dynamic and efficient management.
Resource Incident Creation
  • The capability to create incidents for resources (sections, work centers, and machines) has been implemented, including start and end date specification.
  • These incidents now appear in the task dashboard when the start date matches or precedes the current date/time.
  • A consolidated view of all associated incidents is provided on each resource’s screen.
Template Management
  • Templates can now be configured for one or multiple repair types, enabling precise customization aligned with operational requirements.
  • The template name used during scheduling is now visible on the Service Order dashboard, improving traceability and internal communication.
Task Listing
  • The task listing (Internal/External) now displays the associated external segment (SAP/DBS/D365) for each task, providing contextualized operational perspective.
Adding Subtemplates to an SO
  • You can now add subtemplates to scheduled Service Orders (SO) – either from the options panel or via right-click on the diagram – expanding planning and execution options.
Waybill (Outbound Shipment)

Functionality has been implemented to generate waybills for managing component departures from the mine, featuring:

  • Status changes (Draft, Completed, Dispatched, Received)
  • Waybill printing capability
Short-Term Scheduling

Task-specific scheduling adjustments can now be made independently from the scheduler. Updates include:

  • Observations
  • Section
  • Work center
  • Machine

  • Utilization factor
Adding Stage and Substage to SO Status
  • The capability to add “Stage” and “Substage” to SO statuses has been integrated, triggering automatic updates with each status transition.
Equipment Hour Meter Management
  • You can now upload a file containing equipment hour meters for a specific date, enabling updates to both the meters and components installed at import time. This improves record accuracy.
Resource Calendar Query
  • The Centers and Machines listing now explicitly displays the assigned calendar, providing clear visibility of scheduling.
  • The Calendars listing includes a new tab showing all resources linked to each calendar in a consolidated view, enabling centralized management.
  • Multiple resources can now be simultaneously assigned to a calendar by selecting them from the current resources listing and efficiently changing their calendar assignment.
