HSCOL

We would like to tell you about our customer and the implementation process of our product QPLUS QPSuite. Thisis the Colombian company HSCOL, Hydraulic Systems Colombia, whom we have been working with since 2019.

HSCOL is a company with over 25 years of national leadership in industrial hard chrome plating, supply, manufacture, re-manufacture and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic components; directional drilling tools and artificial lift in the oil sector. Their workshop is certified with five stars under the #CATERPILLAR pollution control guide, certification issued by RELIANZ MINING SOLUTIONS.

QPLUS QPSuite product training and implementation was delivered in record time. Planned and executed in 4 months, (Jan-May 2019) plus remote tasks and 3 implementation team trips to HSCOL facilities.

Undoubtedly, the most striking point for us was the evolution of the product usage within HSCOL, in terms of its adoption and massification.

Since its live release, the adoption of the product in the different business processes covered was close to 100%. By the following year, the growth was 5 times in volume of work handled through the product, measured in number of work orders handled by the product, tasks created, quality controls carried out and scheduling per plant carried out, among others.
